Please note that airless bottles do not contain straws. As you pump the product, a disk at the bottom of the bottle slowly moves up (the vacuum effect) pushing the product up and through the dispensing nozzle.
A few empty pumps at the beginning is completely normal. Make sure the product slightly touches the tube (without overfilling the bottle) to easily dispense product.
