I'm checking out through the website. What does "Custom Shipping Needed (Contact us for a quote)" mean? Is it free?
There should be estimates of delivery fees according to your location upon checking out. If only "Custom Shipping Needed (Contact us for a quote)" appears, it means you have to contact us so we can give you the shipping fee. It is not free.
Do you have a physical store? Where are you located?
We currently don't have a physical store. We are located in San Pablo City, Laguna.
Can you arrange meet-ups or pick ups?
We don't arrange meet-ups. Alternatively, you can visit our warehouse to pick up your orders - strictly for pick ups only. We don't accept walk-ins in our warehouse.
Please wait for our confirmation before driving to our warehouse.
Which delivery companies do you use?
We currently only ship through J&T express.
Do you do same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery option is available within Laguna and METRO MANILA through TOKTOK or other independent riders. Please contact our customer service for more information.
When will my package be shipped out?
All orders are processed in 2-3 days. If it will take longer than 3 days, our customer service representative will be in touch.
No packages will be shipped out on Sundays.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Luzon/Metro Manila: 2-3 days
Visayas/Mindanao: 3-5 days
What if I failed to receive my package?
Your package will be returned to us. When this happens, we will contact you immediately to give you options (refund or resend). Resending would require you to pay for additional shipping fees. To avoid this delay and extra expense, please be sure to provide a contact number where the shipping company can reach you at all times.
Can you deliver via grab or lalamove?
Unfortunately, we are not covered by these delivery services.
Do you accept Cash on Delivery?
This is currently unavailable on our website. Cash on delivery is available in our shopee store (www.shopee.ph/rawessentialsph).
What payment methods are available?
We accept bank transfers, Gcash, and bank deposits. Paymaya is available for direct debit card or credit card payments.
