Raw Essentials has been selling DIY materials since 2018. What started off as a one-woman show, is now a family-run business. We are two siblings working together in running this company - with the occasional input from our mom. Our team involves four more strong, lovely women as our full-time employees!
We share a love for handcrafted products and find great joy in learning about natural and organic ingredients for soaps, candles, and cosmetics. We love pretty things and practical tools for creating hand-made goodies!
We are based in San Pablo City, Laguna. We plan to open a showroom in the future, for walk-ins and workshops - stay-tuned.
Our Mission
In 2016, I originally planned to sell handmade soaps only to discover that it was difficult to find ingredients locally. Importing is very costly for a start-up and it takes even longer to receive them. Raw Essentials Philippines is committed to bringing all the necessary tools and ingredients to you at a reasonable price without sacrificing quality. All you need to worry about is perfecting your formulation!
We cannot (yet!) claim to be experts in formulation. However, we know many of our customers who are mentors. We are making it our mission to create a community of DIYers and connecting you with mentors to help hone your skills in soap-making, candle-making, and cosmetic formulation.
